CASE STUDY :: TEACHERS ASSURANCE : USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN.

Teachers Assurance is a friendly society in the United Kingdom. The company offers a range of savings, investment home insurance, health and life cover for individuals and their families, designed with teachers in mind.

After many variations on website designs and differing journeys through the website a full user experience project was undertaken. We have the opportunity to run the UX design process through workshops and interviews, gaining insights for the development of the system design.

Delivering a full User experience proposal including, user centred improvements on the interface, the user journey and the overall design.
