CASE STUDY :: THE SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT : USER EXPERIENCE, INTRANET DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT. 

The Scottish Parliament examines what the Scottish Government is doing, makes new laws on devolved matters and debates the issues of the day. The digital estate is large, complex and highly secure as you can imagine. We were asked to come in and work with the internal communications team to introduce an new intranet for the teams.

The project was carried out over the course or around 2 years. This included all parts of the software development life cycle and was run against strict prince2 methodology to control the quality, costs and timely development of the intranet.
