Working with 3 product development teams, infrastructure and market teams and many other 3rd parties, we helped manage the teams that delivered new digital infrastructure to ePOS, App delivery & click and collect into the European markets. Reducing distributed financial waste and increasing individual ticket price, user experience and number of sales.
Delivery of strategic digital transformation programme for KFC EMEA, including building and training of 6+ agile teams to deliver new websites, apps and ePOS integrations for customer delivery, Click & Collect, Kiosk, aggregators and Loyalty products. Delivering across 8 EMEA markets. Savings over 30% on development and testing costs and revenue growth ~40% to around £22m/y.
